Senior Cohousing Class at OLLI at Duke University

Tish and Kathy are offering a 6 week class on Senior Cohousing at Oshler Lifelong Learning Institute at Duke this spring begining April 20th.

LLC almost done

We have sent the LLC documents to our attorney for review and hope to have it by the end of the month. This is a big accomplishment for us and will enable us to move forward. I will be posting the documents on the website as soon as they are finalized.

It was good to see everybody in the meeting today. I thought we hung in there well with the topics at hand. Best wishes to the Chris, Elsbeth, Bill, and Patrick in your LLC work. Well, there's my excuse to use the blog. Anyone else?
